The easiest way to access job postings from CareerPlug is through Techmap's Job Posting API. By subscribing to the API, you can filter results to return only jobs originating from CareerPlug. To retrieve job postings from a specific source you can use the query parameter portal - in this case you want to use portal=careerplug.
